What age ranges does Studio London cater for?
Absolutely all ages, but under 18 year olds MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Our photographers have experience of dealing with all age groups and will make you feel comfortable whatever your age.

I have special requirements - will Studio London be able to meet these?
We can assist with most specific requirements. For further information please call us on 020 7323 5888

Is this just for young girls who want to be models?
No! The majority of our clients are just normal everyday people who want pictures as a keepsake or gift.

I've had a look at your example photos, but I've not seen anything in the style that I want...
We can cater for pretty much any style from classic family portraiture to sexy cutting edge magazine style shots. Just consult with your photographer

I really hate having my picture taken, what can I do about this?
Don't worry about feeling a little nervous about having your photograph taken, you will soon relax once you are in the studio. Our professional team know how to get the best out of you, so we ask you to put your trust in their hands. Just relax and enjoy it and you will be amazed at the results.

What should I bring to Studio London?
At least 6 different outfits. This can include any thing from your favourite football strip to your sexiest underwear or that jumper your aunty knitted you last year.

I'd love to have pictures taken but I don't like my spots / teeth / belly etc.
State of the art digital retouching is available so no need to worry. Ask your viewer on the day about this service.

Do I have to buy the pictures?
No! We hope that you will fall in love with your collection and will decide to purchase a selection but there is absolutely no obligation to do so.

Will you be cutting my hair?
No we don't cut or colour hair. We ask you to come in with it clean and free of styling products as we will style it for you. We cater for all hair types and mainly use heated rollers, tongs and straightening irons.

How much will my pictures cost?
Prices are variable depending on the format, size and quantity of your order. We can provide you with prints or with CDs of selected images or the entire shoot. Generally prices will be reduced substantially the larger the order.

Can I bring my boyfriend / girlfriend?
Yes you can, although if you only have one voucher they will not be entitled to a session and treatments, but they will be able to jump on set for a few pictures towards the end of your session, or you may want to consider purchasing a session for them. Please limit it to one person that you bring with you.

I've just purchased a CD of all my images, what can I use them for?

By purchasing the CD you have life-long rights to use the images for whatever you want, from screensavers to profile pages – it’s up to you! You can take the CD in to any shop which offers a photo printing service and can purchase as many copies as you please.

I have ordered prints. How long will it take for them to arrive?

We aim to deliver all orders between 6-8 weeks. From time to time we may experience delays in production, but if this happens we will do our best to keep you informed of the progress of your order. If you experience a delay with your order please call our Customer Care Department on 020 7636 9942.

I am paying for my order by installments. Who do I speak to about my payments?

The finance company handling your agreement will contact you shortly; however, if you have any questions feel free to call our Customer Care Department on 020 7636 9942.

I did not use my booking deposit towards my order. When will it be refunded to me?

Although we encourage our clients to use their deposits towards their orders, if you chose not to use your deposit it will be paid back onto the card you used, typically within 7-10 working days.

What do I do if I'm not completely satisfied with my order?

If you have any questions regarding your order then call our Customer Care Department on 020 7636 9942 and they will discuss this with you.
