You will need to bring photo ID and proof of address. Either a passport with utility bill/bank statement or a driving licence would be fine. You and your guest must be 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to attend this session. If you fail to bring proof of age, or you're not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian you will be turned away which may result in the loss of your booking deposit. Due to our busy bookings schedule a small refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings cannot be cancelled but can be rescheduled. You must inform us 3 working days prior to your appointment date if you wish to reschedule. Failure to inform us 3 working days prior to your appointment date will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment will result in loss of deposit. Deposits can be used against any order or may be refunded to the card it was paid from. Deposit refunds should take 7-10 working days to reach the customer. Studio London requires all appointments with us to be confirmed at least 1 day before your reservation.
